Cleaning equipment:

Soaking equipment:
Soaking tank: Corn needs to be soaked in a solution such as sulfurous acid water for a certain period of time in a soaking tank to soften it for subsequent processing. Soaking tanks usually have good sealing and insulation properties to ensure accurate temperature and time control of the soaking process.
Transfer pump: used to transfer the soaking liquid to the soaking tank, and transport the soaked corn from the soaking tank to the next production link. The flow rate and head of the delivery pump should be selected according to the requirements of the production process to ensure the smooth delivery of materials.
Crushing equipment:
Crusher: Crush the soaked corn into smaller particles to facilitate subsequent germ separation and starch extraction. There are many types of crushers, such as tooth roller crushers, hammer crushers, etc. Their crushing effects and energy consumption are different, and they need to be selected according to the production scale and process requirements.
Mill: In some production processes, corn needs to be further ground into powder to improve the starch extraction rate. Parameters such as the grinding roller material and grinding disc gap of the grinding mill will affect the grinding effect and starch quality.
Separation equipment:
Germ cyclone: Use centrifugal force to separate the germ in corn from the crushed corn slurry. Parameters such as the rotation speed and feeding speed of the germ cyclone need to be adjusted according to the variety and quality of the corn to ensure the separation effect of the germ.
Centrifugal screen: Through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the fiber and other impurities in the corn slurry are separated to obtain relatively pure starch milk. Parameters such as the screen aperture and rotation speed of the centrifugal screen will affect the separation effect and the quality of the starch milk.
Starch and protein separation equipment: Use the differences in physical or chemical properties of starch and protein to separate the protein in starch and improve the purity of starch. Common separation methods include precipitation, centrifugation, membrane separation, etc.
Dehydration equipment:
Vacuum dehydrator: Under vacuum conditions, the water in the starch milk is quickly evaporated by lowering the boiling point of water, thereby achieving the purpose of dehydration. Parameters such as vacuum degree and dehydration time of the vacuum dehydrator will affect the dehydration effect and starch quality.
Filter press: Use pressure to squeeze out the water in the starch milk to achieve dehydration. Parameters such as filter area and pressure of the filter press will affect dehydration efficiency and starch quality.
Drying equipment:
Air flow dryer: Dry the dehydrated wet starch through hot air flow to reduce the moisture content of the starch to a specified range. Parameters such as hot air temperature, wind speed and drying time of the air flow dryer need to be adjusted according to the properties of starch and drying requirements.
Tube bundle dryer: The wet starch is heated indirectly through the heat medium in the tube bundle to dry the starch. The tube bundle dryer has high heat transfer efficiency and is suitable for large-scale starch production.
Packaging equipment:
Automatic packaging machine: Automatically pack dried starch according to the specified weight to improve packaging efficiency and accuracy. Parameters such as packaging speed, measurement accuracy and adaptability of packaging materials of automatic packaging machines need to be selected according to production requirements.
Bag sewing machine: used to seal the packaged starch bags to ensure that the starch will not leak during storage and transportation. The sewing speed and sewing quality of the bag sewing machine must meet the production requirements.
