The working principle of the crusher is to squeeze, shear or impact the raw materials through mechanical force, and its crushing particle size can be adjusted according to production needs.
Pulverizer (slurry and residue separator): It can not only crush the raw materials, but also separate the pulp and residue at the same time. For example, in sweet potato starch processing, the washed sweet potatoes are put into a grinding machine. After the machine crushes the sweet potatoes, the residue is discharged from one end, and the starch slurry water flows out from the other end. After filtering, a relatively pure starch slurry is obtained.
