Introduction

The centrifugal screen, under-screen pump, and slurry pump (screw pump, defoaming pump) produced by our company are used to separate potato residue and starch milk.

Purpose: To separate starch from impurities such as fiber in the crushed sweet potato pulp.

Equipment: Slurry-slag separator (such as vertical centrifugal screen), through the high-speed rotation of the centrifugal screen basket, the sweet potato pulp is screened under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, to separate starch and fiber.

Sweet potatoes, potatoes, and other potatoes can be crushed and pulp-slag separated, and starch can be extracted after precipitation. The working process is fully automatic. You only need to manually put the material into the machine feed port, the machine will automatically crush it, and it will be automatically separated through the brush filter.

Centrifugal screen is a professional extraction equipment for potato starch processing, used for washing and dehydration separation of starch slurry.

Application range: Starch production enterprises such as sweet potato starch production, cassava starch production, potato starch production, and wheat starch production.

The centrifugal screen is a device that evenly feeds potato and wheat starch slurry after filing and sand removal through the feeding structure into the bottom of the screen basket, and the screen basket is driven by the power transmission part to rotate at high speed.

The starch slurry enters the screen surface through the powder mechanism. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the slurry moves in a circle along the screen surface and moves to the edge of the screen basket at the same time.

Under the spray of the washing water system, the fine starch particles are discharged through the screen during the movement and discharged by the defoaming pump under the screen. The larger starch particles cannot be discharged through the screen and gradually sink into the slag bin and are discharged by the slag discharge pump.

The potato slag and starch slurry are continuously washed by the washing water during the movement to the edge of the screen basket to remove the free starch adsorbed in the slag slurry. In addition, under the action of the recoil pipe on the back of the screen surface, the fine slag adsorbed on the screen surface can be removed, effectively avoiding the blockage of the screen surface and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
