Features:
1. The speed of the vacuum filter can be adjusted by frequency, using pneumatic stirring, the reciprocating frequency can be adjusted, and the liquid level control can be continuously adjusted.

3. The scraper is used to discharge the material, the advance and retreat of the scraper is adjusted by pneumatic, and the blade is made of high-hardness alloy.
Working principle:
The vacuum drum filter adopts the method of vacuum suction filtration to realize the separation of solid particles and liquid. When working, the drum is rotated in the slurry tank driven by the speed regulating motor, and the vacuum pump generates the vacuum inside the drum. Under the action of the pressure difference, the suspension solution of the material forms the uniform coating on the surface of the drum. The starch is scraped off by a pneumatic scraper, and the filtrate enters the steam-water separator, so as to achieve the purpose of separation of starch, water and gas.
