Working principle:

The potato residue feeding hopper is laid flat on the lower filter belt through the wedge-shaped feeding section, the upper filter belt bypasses the reversing roller and merges with the lower filter belt, the potato residue is evenly distributed between the two filter belts, enters the wedge-shaped area and begins to compress and dehydrate. After that, the two filter belts held the potato dregs and went up and down several times. The positions of the inner and outer layers of the two filter belts on the rollers changed continuously, so that the potato dregs layers were continuously dislocated and sheared, and a large amount of water was squeezed under the action of the tension of the filter belts out.

Then the potato residue enters the pressing and dehydration area. Under the action of the pressing force of several pressing rollers on the upper half of the driving roller, dislocation shearing and extrusion are continuously generated. During the pressing process, the potato residue is easily removed from the filter belt. Extrude on both sides. In order to solve this problem, we use an annular pressing device in the pressing area to press the two sides of the filter belt tightly against the surface of the driving roller, so that the potato residue is compressed in the closed volume. The result can only be that the water is continuously squeezed out. The potato dregs are sent to the scraping device through the reversing roller, and are scraped off by the scraping device and then enter the subsequent section.
