Features:

1. The cyclone tube is made of reinforced nylon material, which has high strength and good wear resistance. The structure of the cyclone tube has undergone computer simulation experiments, and the swirl effect is good.

Working principle:

The starch slurry enters the middle cavity of the cylinder from the feed port of the cyclone through the starch pump, the starch slurry enters the inlet of the cyclone tube, and enters the cyclone tube along the tangential direction of the cyclone tube. The centrifugal force is generated by rotating according to the spiral line. When the material descends to the conical part, the centrifugal force is different due to the different relative density (specific gravity), particle size and shape of each component. The component with high relative density – starch is obtained. If the centrifugal force is large, it will be thrown to the inner wall of the cone along the outer helical motion and will be discharged along the wall to the bottom flow outlet; while the protein and water with low relative density gain less centrifugal force, they will be affected when the inner helical motion descends to the lower part of the cone. The resistance of the bottom flow port forms an inner spiral vortex in the opposite direction of rotation, which goes up to the top flow port for discharge, thereby achieving the purpose of separating each group.
