Working principle:

The starch slurry pumped by the starch pump enters the feeding end of the drum through the feeding port. The drum is composed of a bottom mesh frame and a surface mesh. The drum rotates at a uniform speed under the drive of the transmission system, thereby driving the material to move on the drum screen surface. , Under the washing action of the spray water, the small granules of starch enter the slurry collection bin through the surface mesh, and are discharged from the collection port, while the fine slag and other fibers cannot pass through the surface mesh, stay on the screen surface and discharge from the slag outlet , so as to achieve the purpose of separating fine slag.

The entire drum is partially supported by the drum bracket and automatically centered. During the process of fine slag separation, there is a back flushing system outside the drum, and the nozzles are constantly spraying the back of the face net to ensure timely flushing of the blocked face net. The accumulated fine fibers are flushed out, so as to ensure the permeability of the screen, and the equipment can run continuously.
